Job summary

Heico is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to sustain and improve the reliability of CNC machinery, tooling, heat treat systems, and facility equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing issues, respond to breakdowns, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing setting, with a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5–8 years hands-on maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• CNC machinery and automated equipment troubleshooting preferred.
• Heat treat equipment or brazing/chemical processing exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and production equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and prioritize repairs for safety and production needs.
• Read manuals and schematics to identify parts and solutions.
• Maintain maintenance logs and support installation or startup of new equipment.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
