A leading chemical manufacturer in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment in a safety-critical environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of maintenance experience in a chemical plant and possess strong mechanical aptitude. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of plant manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in a chemical plant environment.
• Experience maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems including tube bending.
• OSHA 30 hr. general industry safety certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment in a 24-hour facility.
• Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in team projects and continuous improvement activities.
