Maintenance Mechanic - Cambria West

This role involves assigned mechanical duties to maintain and repair food processing equipment. Responsibilities include completing repairs during the processing season to meet production goals, overhauling and installing plant equipment during non-production periods to prepare for the next scheduled production run.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace machinery as required
• Read sketches and blueprints to determine layout of assigned work
• Design, fabricate, weld, and install equipment as required
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and preventive maintenance completed
• Monitor equipment operation and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules, and regulations are followed and enforced
• Other duties as assigned
