Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic on 1st shift in Springboro, Ohio. This position covers installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of a wide range of plant equipment, with a 6:00 AM start and occasional weekends.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, trade school completion, and at least 3 years of plant maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Basic math, SAP knowledge, and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Trade school completion required (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of plant maintenance experience required (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Basic math and ability to interpret manuals, drawings and schematics required.
Basic computer skills and experience required.

Responsibilities

Retain and renew all certifications for Maintenance Mechanic A and Plant Maintenance Mechanic B as listed in the job description and skills matrix.
Clean, inspect, adjust, and perform plant maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
Read and understand equipment literature (OEM manuals, diagrams, schematics, recalls, tech bulletins).
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of plant equipment (e.g., air compressors, welding systems, cranes, CNC, HVAC, pumps, motors, conveyors).
