Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment, including industrial blenders, mixers, packaging systems, robotic machinery, pumps, valves, and pressure vessels. You will support reliability and safety through proactive maintenance.

Base pay ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour with premium shift differentials. The role offers biannual bonuses, medical insurance, a 401(k) with up to 6% matching, paid time off,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
• Skilled in installing new equipment and modifying existing installations.
• Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC): control charts, standard deviation, Cpk.
• Read pneumatic, electrical schematics; troubleshoot PLC hardware and ladder logic.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Document activities and completion codes.
• Analyze reports to improve asset operability, reliability, and safety.
• Request necessary repair parts as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure OSHA, PSM, and environmental regulations compliance.
• Track maintenance KPIs and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Perform diverse mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks.
