Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Mechanic to support our Boiler Room and utility systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, pumps, valves, and associated equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

Join our team and help keep our facility running safely and efficiently. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support our Boiler Room and Utility Systems operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing boilers, utility equipment, piping systems, pumps, valves, and related facility equipment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler room and utility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, pumps, valves, compressors, piping, and related systems
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and utility systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Follow all safety, GMP, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance, utilities, or boiler room experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with pumps, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pressure systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Boiler Room or Utilities experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fabrication, industrial boilers, HVAC, PLCs, or related utility systems
• Experience operating forklifts, hoists, or cranes
• Familiarity with SAP or computerized maintenance management systems
