Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Boiler and chiller experience is required.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience preferred.
• Must provide basic hand tools and testing equipment.
• Valid driver's license and background/check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite team with maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical, HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, ROUs, plumbing and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance actions: lubrication, coil cleaning, filter changes, belt replacement.
• Follow safety guidelines (job hazard analysis, lockout/tagout, PPE).
• Operate tools and diagnostic equipment to perform work.
• Adapt to scheduling changes to meet customer needs.
• Maintain professional interaction with clients and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
