Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to oversee and repair production equipment in our high-volume facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC and electrical systems, and help with equipment installation and welding. Strong communication and manual dexterity required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial maintenance experience.
• One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as Three Phase.
• Maintenance troubleshooting experience.
• Three (3) years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with pneumatics.
• Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
• Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques.
• Good Machine Shop skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Mechanic B Role Overview
