You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the selective placement factor required for this position: Ability to supervise employees in the mechanical trades field. And Journey-level skill in Air Conditioning and Pipefitting.
