Starting Salary: $1,466.51 Bi-Weekly (Promotion within pay grade or up to 5% increase from current rate may apply)

Description

This role involves maintaining machinery, mechanical equipment, and structures, requiring skills across multiple trades.

Responsibilities
  1. Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
  2. Dismantle and repair defective machines and equipment.
  3. Install new or repaired parts.
  4. Clean and lubricate machine parts.
  5. Install and repair wiring and electrical components.
  6. Assemble and install pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
  7. Set up and operate machine tools for repairs and fabrication.
  8. Operate welding equipment to join metal parts.
  9. Record repairs and estimate costs.
  10. Respond to emergency repairs, including firefighting equipment.
Minimum Qualifications

Ability to install equipment, repair machines, troubleshoot issues, and conduct routine maintenance. Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures. Ability to read work-related documents and evaluate product quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with lawn equipment, power tools, plumbing, and maintenance of buildings or mechanical systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Vocational training or two years of relevant experience preferred.
