Description

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - $44.68/hr + $5,000 SIGNING BONUS

We have one opening for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic on the 6pm-6am shift with a rotating 4 on/4 off schedule. All new hires start on the Monday-Friday day shift for training. After training, mechanics are assigned to their regular schedule.

Job Overview

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, pneumatic/electric tools, and precision measuring tools. Repairs include pumps, fans, gearboxes, piping, conveyors, and large rotating equipment.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in welding/fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading, PdM, PM, pumps, mechanical drives, and material handling equipment
• Pass pre-employment tests: Math & English proficiency, background check, drug screen, physical

Physical Requirements

• Wear respiratory protection up to 12 hours
• Move around the plant, climb stairs, wear PPE
• Lift/carry up to 80 pounds
