Job Description

Lantmännen Unibake USA, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. This role involves maintaining bakery machinery, packaging machinery, and production support equipment in a 24/7 bakery environment. Training will be provided on first shift (6am-2pm) for 1-3 months, with eventual transition to a third shift (10pm-6am) which offers a shift differential pay of $1.50/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain bakery, packaging, and support machinery
• Repair breakdowns promptly
• Follow GMPs and food safety practices
• Ensure compliance with BRC, AIB, GMP, and other regulations
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Perform daily checks and preventive maintenance
• Replace parts and set up machinery
• Clean disassembled machinery
• Possess industrial electrical knowledge
• Ammonia refrigeration background is a plus
