Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
• 1–2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment and components.
• Identify parts or machines needing replacement parts.
• Use shop math to complete assignments.
• Interpret equipment drawings to adjust, maintain or repair machinery.
• Respond to production requests for mechanical issues.
• Communicate with production management to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently within time and resources.
