Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm M-F) Sign-on Bonus!

Position Overview

This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining plant production equipment. It is a full-time, second-shift position working Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain supplies for maintenance functions.
• Support startup operations with basic maintenance like lights, dust collectors, and air filtration systems.
• Monitor machines for malfunctions and collaborate with team members to diagnose and repair issues.
• Dismantle defective machinery and install repaired or new parts.
• Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems using programmable logic controllers.
• Maintain the physical structure of the facility.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a college, technical school, or related experience.
• Experience with forklift operation preferred.
