Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing mechanical maintenance experience.
• Must be flexible for work scheduling around production hours.
• Able to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions on machinery and perform adjustments or repairs.
• Perform major equipment overhaul or rebuilding.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Practices.
