Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform preventative maintenance according to procedures, including inspections, checking fluid levels, lubrication, cleaning, tightening, adjusting, replacing parts, and calibrating sensors and gauges.
2. Assist with troubleshooting and repairing failing equipment.
3. Perform bench work such as component repairs, machine rebuilds, gearbox and motor repairs following basic instructions.
4. Document maintenance and repairs, including parts used and work performed.
5. Maintain tools and workshop equipment in good condition.
6. Manage supplies by inventorying stock, ordering replacements, and verifying receipts.
7. Assist with installation, modification, or relocation of machinery and equipment.
8. Follow technical documents, diagrams, manuals, blueprints, schematics, and P&ID's.
9. Complete all relevant paperwork, including work orders, parts requests, RCA reports, PM sheets, and downtime reports.
10. Follow guidance from senior mechanics and adhere to safety procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent, with 0-2 years of experience.

Compensation Range

The pay range is $19.23 - $28.85 per hour. Starting wages are typically within this range and may vary based on market data, skills, experience, and location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
