Position Details:

• Hourly Maintenance Competitive Starting Pay: $27.25 - $36.50/hr
• $1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd Shift

The Maintenance Mechanic should have knowledge of general maintenance, hydraulic, electrical, electronic systems, and welding (TIG, MIG). Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adhere to safety and GMP standards, is essential.

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete daily preventive maintenance (PMs)
• Maintain production line machinery in good condition
• Assist other teams as needed
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols
• Setup, inspect, and test machinery
• Identify and diagnose machine malfunctions
• Dismantle and repair machines
• Perform cleaning and lubrication of machinery parts
• Maintain physical structures of the facility
• Follow ISO 14001 procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, with 1+ years of relevant experience, or 4 years of direct experience in maintenance
• Preferred: Vocational or technical diploma
• Ability to operate industrial trucks and follow instructions
• Ability to read work orders, manuals, and write reports

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Work involves wet/humid conditions, extreme temperatures, noise, and exposure to chemicals
• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Requires standing, walking, handling, reaching, stooping, and talking
