Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machines, hand-tools, and plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Adheres to all plant safety policies.
• Participates in safety, housekeeping, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
• Assists with installation of new equipment.
• Inspects equipment functionality and troubleshoots breakdowns.
• Conducts routine maintenance and safety checks and submits reports.
