Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to support manufacturing operations, aiming to increase productivity, and reduce downtime and scrap.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic machinery, electric motors, and conveyors.
- Potentially handle responsibilities in plumbing, pipefitting, metalworking, carpentry, mechanics, and electrical tasks.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, work closely with operators to keep machines running efficiently, and adhere to safety standards.
- Document actions, communicate irregularities, and coordinate with work teams.
- Manage inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies, and anticipate needs with other maintenance staff.
- Participate in plant and facilities-related work, perform root cause failure analysis, and troubleshoot PLC and ladder logic issues.
- Follow all safety rules, maintain shop cleanliness per 5S standards, and perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in electronics, motor repair, VFD, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot using hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening; able to lift 70 lbs.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and various shifts, with rigging experience preferred.

- Willingness to learn through company training, self-study, and apprenticeships.
- Must provide own tools and demonstrate leadership in quality and safety standards.
