Total Staffing Solutions seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd or 3rd shift to maintain roto-molding machines and execute preventive maintenance aligned with the monthly safety checklist.
The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and industrial equipment, performing repairs from pneumatic tools to programmable controllers, and documenting work orders. A high school diploma/GED and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required; an AS degree is a plus.

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join the team. Seeking someone who will maintain roto-molding machines, prioritize daily tasks and schedule preventive maintenance that will coincide with our monthly safety checklist.
Knowledge of basic electronics to maintain various types of electrical, industrial and mechanical equipment (hand tools, air tools, etc.), understanding of various phases of maintenance work (plumbing, welding, heating and air conditioning, etc.) and blueprints and schematics. A high school diploma or GED equivalent and 3 to 5 years of medium to heavy industrial maintenance experience (welding, plumbing, 480‑volt electrical systems, heating and air conditioning, repairing programmable controllers and microprocessors, etc.) is required. An Associate of Applied Science Degree in Elect‑Mechanical Maintenance is a plus. Must be able to make objective judgments, analyze problems to determine the best and most efficient methods of solving the problem while achieving the desired results and work under limited supervision.
A degree of manual skills and moderate degree of physical effort is needed. This position frequently lifts or moves material weighing between 25 lbs. and 55 lbs. and occasionally lifts or moves material weighing in excess of 55 lbs. in difficult positions. Fair to somewhat undesirable working conditions. May be exposed to noise, heat, dust, grease, vapors and other elements to the point of being undesirable but not continuously.
This person reports to the Plant Manager and Plant Maintenance Work Leader.
