Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Weatherford, OK area on the 1st shift. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and ISO-aligned procedures to ensure equipment reliability. Extensive electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting is required, including V.O.M.

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot flow meters, pressure and temperature transmitters.
• Utilize voltmeter and amp meter in troubleshooting.
• Understand NEC, explosion-proof, and intrinsic wiring practices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and make standard adjustments to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and machinery, including fixed and variable speed power transmission systems.
• Install mechanical and pneumatic piping to plant or production equipment.

Industrial Maintenance Technician | 1st shift | $30/hr

Job Description

Perform preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with ISO standards, following standard procedures as indicated on PM work orders or in equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand electrical schematics.

• Use V.O.M. to troubleshoot electrical and electronic problems.

• Repair and troubleshoot AC/DC Variable Speed Drive Systems (up to 100hp, 480v, 3phase).

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot flow meters, pressure and temperature transmitters.

• Utilize voltmeter and amp meter in troubleshooting.

• Understand NEC, explosion-proof, and intrinsic wiring practices.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and make standard adjustments to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and machinery, including fixed and variable speed power transmission systems.

• Install mechanical and pneumatic piping to plant or production equipment.

• Move material, equipment, and machinery using standard methods of lifting, rigging, hoisting, blocking, skidding, and rolling.

• Dismantle, fit, and align machinery and equipment using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine tools.

• Complete shop records and use reporting systems following established procedures for effective performance of the job or department operation.

• Perform and document metrology and equipment calibrations to support ISO and quality programs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
