salary: $62,400 - $74,880 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and Cincinnati and Citizens Lathe machines.
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and simple mechanical repairs on motors, pumps, and related equipment.
  
  
• Conduct basic electrical work as needed (limited electrical knowledge required).
  
  
• Support general facilities maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems.
  
  
• Coordinate and oversee work completed by external contractors.
  
  
• Operate forklifts as needed.
  
  
• Assist in tool and die work (a plus but not required).
  
  
• Maintain machine uptime and ensure safe, efficient operation.
  
  
• Keep accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

standing for 4 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
