Newport Housing Authority / Neighborhood Foundations is seeking a qualified, full time apartment maintenance man or woman with strong skills to work in Newport KY.

- prepping & painting units

Some formal training in one of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting or refurbishing is a plus.
