Job summary

Power Gen Components LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair our production machinery, ensuring uptime and safety. The position includes hands-on diagnostics, alignment, welding, and preventive maintenance for reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial or CNC maintenance experience and strong pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge, with safety and teamwork as core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or CNC maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Must have own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and situational awareness.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on CNC and other production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Align and calibrate machine parts and systems.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine components.
• Lubricate and service machines for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot causes of unexpected breakdowns.
• Document work performed and communicate repair needs.
• Weld and fabricate components as needed.
• Maintain shop organization, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with managers to schedule and prioritize repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Use PPE and safe work practices at all times.
• Participate in safety meetings and report hazards or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
