Overview

Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Liberty Township, OH area
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 + company vehicle, MDV, 401k

We’re working with a well-established equipment-focused manufacturer in the Cincinnati/Dayton area that’s seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their team. This is a stable, long-term role created due to the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured employee.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs on cranes, heavy equipment, hydraulic and diesel systems.

  • Handle maintenance, rebuilds, and repairs both in-shop and on customer worksites.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) and maintain accurate service records.

  • Weld and fabricate as needed for repairs and rebuild projects.

  • Travel locally to customer sites with a company vehicle provided (no overnight travel).

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or similar.

  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, welding, and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use diagnostic tools.

  • Solid track record of reliability and commitment to safety.
