Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Repair or replace faulty parts, using hand and power tools, and retest equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve machinery efficiency and productivity.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Utilize PLC systems for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in manufacturing, preferably food sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems, and PLCs.
• Proven maintenance and repair experience.
• Effective troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical documents.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and strength; ability to lift heavy objects.
• Technical degree or certification is a plus.
