Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for the Onalaska/La Crosse campus. Ideal candidates have a strong maintenance background, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Monday–Friday with on-call every 12th weekend, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, starting wage up to $31.31/hr with experience. Maintain, repair and operate all Gundersen equipment for our buildings; career development, 401K match, and tuition investment programs are available with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong maintenance background with mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and operate Gundersen equipment for buildings in the Onalaska/La Crosse area.
• Support a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call weekend rotation every 12th weekend.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
