Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production lines, support changeovers, and uphold safety standards.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, rebuild and install equipment, generate work orders, and participate in health, safety trainings. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed industrial environment preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills; ability to follow schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Perform facility maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
• Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Participate in Hazard Mitigation and complete Health & Safety trainings.
• Local travel may be necessary.

Summary

Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.

• Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
• Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
• Local travel may be necessary.

Available Shifts:

• Monday- Thursday, 9:00AM - 7:30PM

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.

• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturers’ specifications and schematics.
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge preferred.
