Pay: $28.33/Hour

Responsibilities

As a Mechanic, you will support production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and process support equipment in the plant. Your duties will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment promptly
• Providing mechanical support to plant production and facility equipment
• Supporting predictive, preventive, and parts rebuild maintenance programs
• Working independently and as part of a team to resolve mechanical issues
• Assisting electricians with electrical repairs as needed
• Providing mechanical support to other RCP Jacksonville facilities as required

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

• At least five (5) years of experience with plastics-related machinery
• Three (3) years of experience as a shift mechanic

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Associate's degree or technical diploma in a related field
