Job summary

Huhtamaki is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage a section of the maintenance department at our Hammond, IN site. You will ensure machinery and equipment are maintained for reliable production, execute preventative maintenance tasks, and efficiently manage breakdowns.

The role includes planning and resourcing for PPM and shutdowns, contributing to continuous improvement, and mentoring the team. As part of the maintenance leadership, you will coordinate workload, uphold safety and quality
