Job summary

Zing Recruiting is partnering with a leading manufacturer of valves, fittings, and flow-control products, seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic in Goshen, Indiana. This is a direct hire opportunity with a pay range of $25–$28 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift premium.

The shift runs 11pm–7am, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include dismantling machines, recording maintenance data, welding and fabrication, working with teammates to inspect and repair equipment, and upholding safety

Qualifications

• Experience with welding, fabrication and related tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and sketches.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.
• Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information.
• Perform welding, fabrication and other duties as assigned by department manager.
• Collaborate with other workers to repair or inspect machines, machine parts, and equipment.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines.
• Supports and perform all preventative maintenance programs.
• Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Goshen, Indiana. this is a direct hire opportunity.

Pay: $25-$28 - $1/hr shift prem.

Shift: 3rd shift 11pm-7am M-F

Responsibilities

• Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists
• Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information
