Responsibilities include routine maintenance and repairs, with collaboration from plumbers, HVAC and refrigeration technicians, and stationary engineers to complete major repairs and equipment replacements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Education: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field preferred.
• Experience: 3 years experience working for a mechanical or general contractor, or an experience in a commercial or hospital service environment.
