We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing machinery and facility equipment.
This position requires a strong electrical and mechanical maintenance background, including experience with PLCs, CNC controls, stamping presses, AC/DC electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and industrial equipment.
Candidates must pass a pre-qualification aptitude test with a score of 75% or higher to move forward to the interview process.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems and industrial power distribution.
Maintain and repair stamping presses, feeders, straighteners, de-reelers, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot PLCs, relay logic, CNC machine controls, and industrial electronics.
Diagnose and repair AC/DC drives, servo motors, motors, transformers, and generators.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
Use electrical diagnostic equipment including multimeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, megohmmeters, phase testers, and oscilloscopes.
Perform equipment rebuilding, fabrication, and general machine repairs.
Operate forklifts, manlifts, cranes, hoists, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
Complete and document work through the maintenance/work-order system.
Support Production, Engineering, outside contractors, Lean events, and facility projects.
Follow all company LOTO, arc-flash, PPE, and safety requirements.
High School Diploma/GED required.
5+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing manufacturing/facility equipment.
3+ years of technical training preferred.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC and/or relay logic controls.
Experience with CNC controls and industrial electronics.
Experience maintaining or rebuilding stamping presses and related equipment strongly preferred.
Knowledge of AC/DC drives, servo systems, motors, transformers, and industrial electrical systems.
Strong hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and control diagrams.
HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred.
Must be willing to work flexible hours when required.
Overtime
1.5x: Hours over 40 Monday–Friday and Saturdays
2x: Sundays and holidays
