Kiewit is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a project in Abilene, TX. Candidates must have 3+ years as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic and be able to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electric, and power-train systems on heavy equipment like Caterpillar, Liebherr, Xtreme, and Takeuchi.
Compensation includes up to $35 per hour with a $700 weekly per diem, and a 7:00am–7:00pm, Saturday schedule. Overtime, weekends and nights may be required; drug/alcohol screen required. Equal opportunity employer.

Must be able to maintain, diagnose, and repair all types of heavy construction equipment including hydraulic,
electric, and power train systems.
Experience working with the following equipment: Caterpillar, Liebherr, Xtreme, Takeuchi.
Experience working with the following diagnostic systems: CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, Diesel Laptop.
Up to $35 per hour.
$700 per week worked per diem.
Current schedule is 7:00am – 7:00pm, Monday – Saturday.
Must be willing to work additional overtime, weekends and nights when required.
