Job summary

Ferrara Candy Co. in Forest Park, IL seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, provide technical direction, and drive TPM initiatives to maximize equipment availability.

You will manage a multi-skilled team, focus on OEE, PM/AM pillars, and collaborate with production, quality, sanitation, and warehouse teams to improve uptime and reliability. A BS in engineering and 5–7 years of supervisory experience are required. In this role, a strong safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of supervisory/managerial experience in maintenance or technical field.
• Direct maintenance experience in CPG or food manufacturing preferred.
• TPM experience with AM/PM pillars required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Maintenance function with reactive and proactive service on all equipment.
• Manage the Maintenance team and establish standard policies and procedures.
• Apply TPM to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Improve uptime, project delivery, downtime reduction, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, sanitation, and warehouse teams on repairs.
