Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee club maintenance operations and supervise the Housekeeping staff. The role involves ensuring the club meets Equinox’s standards for cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Hire, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
2. Conduct 30, 60, & 90-day reviews for new hires.
3. Train staff using club-specific cleaning checklists.
4. Perform cleanliness inspections and walk-throughs.
5. Hold daily meetings with shift managers.
6. Maintain inventory of supplies.
7. Implement weather-related procedures.
8. Oversee deliveries.
9. Maintain high visibility during peak hours.
10. Stay informed about competitors’ facilities.
11. Assist in developing the annual maintenance budget.
12. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

1. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
