Olin Corporation in McIntosh, AL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations with a focus on safety, reliability, and team development. You will drive accountability, productivity, and resource planning to meet site objectives and support production goals.

The role oversees the Chlor Alkali plant maintenance, partnering with site leadership to ensure compliance with EH&S standards, perform root cause analysis, develop staff, and implement cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field with 5+ years of maintenance/ops experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience in maintenance or operations.
• TWIC credential and US driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure EH&S practices and oversee contractor performance to meet standards.
• Maintain preventative/predictive maintenance programs with engineering staff.
• Plan and implement methods to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.
• Lead performance management and mentor maintenance staff.
• Confer with management to resolve maintenance problems and improve equipment.
• Develop and supervise maintenance personnel and supervise staff development.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) for maintenance and EH&S topics.
