Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. in White Pigeon, MI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance program and safety initiatives. You will build and mentor a skilled team, manage CMMS workflows, and drive reliability improvements across pellet mills, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning, and the ability to coordinate with outside contractors. Compensation reflects a $90,000–$100,000 yearly salary with full-time scheduling and benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent industry experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Proficient English communication in manufacturing
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Experience with TPM/maintenance excellence programs a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance program for the White Pigeon Plant
• Develop and retain a skilled maintenance team and planner
• Oversee CMMS MVP modules and planning processes
• Drive uptime improvements and preventive maintenance initiatives
• Manage safety programs and incident investigations
• Provide regular plant-wide maintenance reports to the Plant Manager
