Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining production schedules, reducing downtime, and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance overall equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Supervise the maintenance team and schedule regular maintenance tasks to minimize production interruptions.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
