Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain training processes for accident-free performance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for productivity and cost goals.
• Ensure operational availability of assets with preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage maintenance and tool/die personnel effectively.
• Participate in production planning to align maintenance with objectives.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives.
