Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the technical department, drive lean maintenance practices, and manage costs for our Wisconsin facility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, and production standards while championing safety and quality across teams.

The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience in plastics/fabrication environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management or Plastics Engineering is preferred.
• Master’s Degree is an added qualification.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a cohesive technical team focused on safety, quality, service, and efficiency.
• Drive lean maintenance processes to minimize waste and increase throughput.
• Use data to evaluate unplanned downtime and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain monthly maintenance and repair spend for the facility.
• Organize and track capital projects.
• Maintain production standards and measurement systems.
• Promote employee engagement to create a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
