Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• PLC knowledge required.
• Experience with Welders/Robots.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the daily activities of Technicians across multiple shifts.
• Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures.
• Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
• Implement training programs to improve work performance.
• Participate in budgeting and capital projects.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement teams.
