DAP is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Tipp City Plant to lead maintenance teams and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will plan inspections, calibrations, tune-ups, and tests, while managing spare parts, MRO inventory and maintenance processes.

You will oversee training programs, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, compliant maintenance activities. A strong leadership record and focus on timelines are required.

Qualificações

• Specific training beyond high school diploma is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Microsoft Office, maintenance management software and spreadsheets skills.
• Ability to hit timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, direct, schedule, and motivate maintenance associates and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and implement maintenance activities for production and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company and government standards.
• Develop and sustain plant maintenance training programs and 5S/CI initiatives.
• Coordinate work with contractors, vendors and service groups.
• Maintain budget and cost control measures.
