Job summary

Star Blends in Wisconsin seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our mill maintenance program, keep equipment running safely, and reduce downtime across Sparta and Chippewa Falls sites.

You will perform repairs, develop preventive plans, manage maintenance logs, and collaborate with teams. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in industrial, repair, millwright, or ag equipment maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain mill machinery and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Create and execute preventive maintenance plans for reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and use data to improve performance.
