Responsibilities

This role involves maintaining the condition of amenities and apartment homes to meet high standards, including preparing units for new residents and maintaining occupied units. Proficiency in painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscape quality control, and irrigation repairs is required. The candidate should be able to transfer knowledge to others, address resident needs through clear communication, work independently, learn industry technology, and prioritize tasks effectively. Certifications in HVAC and pool maintenance may be required.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• Proficiency in mathematics, reading complex drawings, manuals, and schematics, and using precision measuring instruments.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Certifications such as Pool Operator and EPA may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience, familiar with techniques, equipment, systems, and work routines.
