Job summary

Kinder Morgan's Trinity Terminal in Trinity, Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee safety, quality, budgeting and regulatory compliance for a large fleet of heavy equipment.

You will lead a 16-person maintenance team, coordinate repairs, manage parts and schedules, and work with terminal management to ensure reliable operations. A strong background in diesel and hydraulic systems is preferred, with commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience leading a team in a large operations environment.
• Experience with heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, powertrain systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repair operations for a fleet of 80+ rolling stock items.
• Oversee 16-person maintenance team and schedule work to meet customer needs.
• Ensure safety, quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Train subordinates and manage parts inventory.
• Direct repairs on heavy equipment and manage budgets.
