Job summary

Axios Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance of diverse glass fabrication equipment. You will oversee preventative maintenance, manage a multi-shift crew, and coordinate with engineering, production, and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient integration of new assets.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge, plus the ability to read technical documentation and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (glass, fabrication, CNC, or similar).
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating across departments.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for key equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance crews across shifts.
• Plan and oversee year-end shutdowns for deep maintenance and minimal production disruption.
• Coordinate with external vendors, OEM reps, and service contractors for major tasks.
• Review service contracts and scopes of work, ensuring invoice accuracy.
