Multi Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company Located South East of Kansas City Missouri is looking for a Maintenance Manager. We are the world's leading manufacturer automotive metal products for commercial, passenger and specialty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• The Plant Maintenance Manager is in charge of managing processes and people in order to ensure that series production meets customer requirements
• Support to the continuous improvement process
• Procurement of manufacturing equipment under consideration of demanded security, quality and environmental protection and their preservation
• Contribute to define technical specifications for new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities
• Direct and coordinate both repair and preventive maintenance requirements for all manufacturing equipment

REQUIRED

• 8+ years working in a Plant Manufacturing Environment
• 3+ years working as a Maintenance Manager
• Strong Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience in program launch
