* This is a hands-on role; the manager will need to complete work orders and conduct preventive maintenance.

* The Maintenance Manager will ensure the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet Tudor, Brand, and Guest expectations.

* Support leadership by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the Engineering department.

* Follow departmental procedures proactively when performing repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations in a safe and organized manner.

* Provide advice and support to other engineers as needed.

* Responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical failures, including appliances, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing issues.

* Maintain communication with supervisors to ensure availability of materials, tools, and supplies.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a hands-on role requiring daily building maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive maintenance.

What You'll Bring

• A valid driver’s license and basic knowledge of safety and security practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General technical experience, typically 1-3 years, in hotel or facilities maintenance; prior experience is preferred but extensive training will be provided.
• The ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally, along with standing and moving for long periods.
