Job summary

Relevante is partnering with a Georgetown, TX aviation organization to fill a Maintenance Manager role. The position requires hands-on maintenance leadership, FAA A&P license with IA, and minimum 5+ years in general aviation maintenance.

You will supervise aircraft maintenance personnel, ensure FAR compliance, manage documentation and hangar operations, and release aircraft for return to service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA A&P license and IA authorization.
• Minimum 5+ years in general aviation maintenance with hands-on leadership.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and related inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections.
• Read manuals, drawings, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
• Ensure compliance with FARs and company procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and airworthiness determinations.
• Release aircraft for return to service and manage workflow.
